My husband and I opted to do a couple Positive Discipline sessions with Jasperine, and boy, what a difference they have made. As parents we are more appropriately equipped with techniques and the framework to help our children navigate their childhood using age-appropriate language and support. Jasperine is a very knowledgeable individual who has had the firsthand experience raising her own kids, and that transfers over to our sessions. We were able to augment our parenting repertoire in a way that we are more conscientious about the language we use and how we pose questions to our children so they, too, can think about their approaches to daily life. I would recommend sessions to anyone looking to support and enable their children to be more well-rounded, thoughtful, and self-driven individuals.

I always thought that parenting is something that anyone can do immediately, however Jasperine and the Positive Discipline course thought me a lot and made me realize that there is even more to learn. I am really grateful for this.

This training was for me a great source of information. I am applying these techniques every day and it is a visible change in the way I connect with my children. My husband and close family are now adjusting to these because it makes us all happier and more engaged. I recommend this course, there will be many new things to learn and practice. Thank you, Jasperine for this wonderful opportunity!

My husband and I both attended the positive parenting workshop and it gave us great tools we could use in difficult situations with our kids. Jasperine expertly guided us through the process and shared many practical examples on how we could implement positive parenting in our daily routine. Very good introduction!

I'm so glad I followed the workshops. I really enjoyed it. It gave me the tools that I needed in daily life to handle difficult situations with my kids. Before I would just yell at them, or threaten with punishment, which was of no use at all. It was often a vicious circle: I would get upset because the kids did not listen to me, and then the kids get upset, ... Now I know that there are much better alternatives than yelling or punishing that actually work. I'm much calmer with my kids, have more patience, try to listen carefully what they need and above all I try to acknowledge their feelings. Of course, not everything is easy now. It is really hard to communicate differently with the kids and not to use my previous behaviour of handling stressful situations, but now at least I know what went wrong and that I can handle it better the next time."

Jasperine's "How to talk so kids will listen' course was excellent.  The course was well structured and had good supporting materials.  Jasperine is very knowledgeable and she was happy to share her parenting experiences and offer advise during group discussions. Jasperine offered excellent insights and I have taken a lot of useful new knowledge to enhance my relationship with my children.  Some of her suggested strategies are fun and wonderful and I think our whole family have benefitted from a calmer & happier atmosphere.   Thank you Jasperine!

A very useful course that helps you to take a look at yourself as a parent from a different angle and understand your child's feelings better.

Yulia, mother of 2 (2 and 4)

I loved how interactive the workshops were. I loved how the workshops often started with an example of how an adult might speak to us and how that might cause us to react. That really helped me to understand what my kids must be feeling. This workshop really helped me to "hear" my children and their emotions. Thank you for this eye opening experience!
